YINENG Technology promises:

1. Free technical training provided by the company:

 • Training on equipment hardware operation and system software operation;

 • On-site training during the debugging process;

 • On-site training for operators and maintenance personnel;

 • Training on the use and installation of various components;

 • Other technical training involved in the design.

2. The company provides free guidance on equipment installation and confirms the equipment installation with the buyer.

3. The warranty period for the equipment provided by our company is one year. During this period, if there is any problem with the equipment, we will repair it for free.

4. Our company provides lifelong maintenance for the equipment.

5. If a problem occurs with the equipment on-site, we will respond within 1 hour after notification from the user; if it is necessary to go to the site to solve the problem, we will arrive on-site within 24 hours after receiving the notification.
