Product Description
Function: Offset the fundamental reactive power generated by the load, filter out the harmonic reactive power generated by the load, and solve the balancing of three-phase unbalanced loads
Applicable Sites: Sites where the reactive power of the load changes frequently, the power factor is low, and harmonic is required according to national standards. Rectifier loads such as reversible rolling mills, continuous rolling mills, welding pipes, electroplating, extruders, paper machines, and elevators that require harmonic.
Performance Characteristics:
• Combine reactive power compensation and harmonic into one;
• Improve the power factor to above 0.9 to avoid reactive power fines;
• Govern harmonics according to national standards GB/T 14549-93;
• Stabilize the grid voltage to meet national standards or user requirements;
• Reduce the power supply capacity of the transformer;
• Reduce the loss of the power supply and distribution system and save energy;
• Adopt thyristor switching, current without impact;
• Dynamic response time less than 15ms;
• Self-loss less than 0.5%~1%.

Structural Characteristics: The MV1X compensation device consists of several sets of 5th-order filters with capacities allocated in an 8:4:2:1 ratio and 7th, 11th, and 13th single-tuned L-C filters. Generally, in the design, when the fundamental reactive power of the load reaches 50% of the rated fundamental capacity of the compensation device, the filters of each order can be put into operation, thus ensuring that harmonics are filtered out according to national standards, voltage distortion is reduced, grid voltage is stabilized, and power supply quality is improved.
