MV1A (Passive Basic Type)
Product upgrade with centralized control; 10-inch touch screen for safer external operation; more reasonable internal layout.
Classification:
Passive power quality device
Key words:
Passive power quality device
Product Description
Function:Offset the fundamental reactive power generated by the load, filter out the harmonic reactive power generated by the load, and solve the balancing of three-phase unbalanced loads
Applicable Sites:Sites where the reactive power of the load changes frequently, the power factor is low, and harmonic governance according to national standards is not required. For example: fans, water pumps, hydraulics, lighting, and other 50/60Hz AC loads. Reversible rolling mills, continuous rolling mills, welding pipes, electroplating, extrusion machines, paper machines, hoists, and other rectifier loads that do not require harmonic governance.
Performance Characteristics:
• Improve the power factor to above 0.9, avoiding reactive power penalties;
• Can operate in harsh harmonic environments, suppressing 5th and higher-order harmonics;
• Stabilize the grid voltage to meet national standards or user requirements;
• Reduce the power supply capacity of the transformer;
• Reduce power supply and distribution system losses, saving energy;
• Capacity of each channel is allocated in an 8:4:2:1 ratio, with high compensation accuracy;
• Uses thyristor switching, with no current impact;
• Dynamic response time is less than 15ms;
• Self-consumption is less than 0.5%.
Structural Diagram:
Structural Features: The MV1A type compensation device consists of multi-channel capacitor series 6% reactor L-C filters, divided into a basic cabinet and an expansion cabinet. Depending on the compensation capacity, the basic cabinet can be used alone or in conjunction with several expansion cabinets. The fundamental capacity of each filter is allocated in an 8:4:2:1 ratio, using the minimum number of thyristor electronic switches to achieve the maximum number of fundamental reactive power steps, improving compensation accuracy. The control part in the basic cabinet automatically controls the switching on or off of each filter in the entire device according to the size of the reactive power of the load.
