Product Description
Summary:In 2004, the company focused its research and development on electrical systems in the field of renewable energy, breaking through the technological blockade imposed by foreign countries on China. It pioneered the development of a polysilicon reduction furnace electrical system with internationally advanced technology. This system was officially put into production in 2005 on the polysilicon production line of "Luoyang Zhongsi High-Tech Co., Ltd.". The successful application of this system broke the foreign technological monopoly on China and is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the national independent innovation development strategy, enhancing China's core competitiveness in electrical control systems.
The company uses layered control technology to ensure that harmonics meet national standards without the need for reactive power compensation devices, with an average power factor greater than 0.92.
Composition: The entire electrical system consists of core equipment produced by our company, including reduction voltage regulating cabinets, voltage regulating control cabinets, pressure cabinets, integrated control cabinets, and a computer operation management system; and peripheral equipment including reduction transformers, pressure transformers, high-voltage switchgear, and load switchgear produced by professional transformer and high-voltage switchgear factories.
Among them, the pressure cabinet, integrated control cabinet, computer operation management system, and pressure transformer are centralized public equipment independent of the number of furnaces.
Function: To perform reduction heating on the silicon rod load and maintain a constant temperature on the surface of the silicon rod.
Basic Principle: The reduction furnace power supply system first starts the high-voltage breakdown power supply, providing 0~12kV high-voltage breakdown of the silicon core; after the silicon core is broken down and heated at a constant current for several seconds, it switches to the maintenance power supply, providing 0~4kV medium-voltage heating of the silicon core to continue raising the furnace temperature; after several minutes of maintenance power supply heating, it switches to the reduction power supply, providing 0~1.6kV heating to the silicon core, at which point the startup process is complete; next, the reduction power supply completely heats the chemical vapor deposition, completing the reduction growth over more than a week to form a polysilicon rod.
Factory Tests: Each set of equipment is tested according to IEC standards and must pass strict inspection and confirmation by the quality inspection department before it can leave the factory.

⑴ Incoming inspection test of all outsourced components;
⑵ Insulation test;
⑶ Withstand voltage test;
⑷ Mechanical strength test;
⑸ Cooling system test;
⑹ Power-on test of the entire control system's functions;
⑺ Test under full voltage and low current load;
⑻ Electronic component aging test;
